Blondes have been farming for thousands of years — our name may be tongue-in- cheek, but our intentions are to provide the highest quality all-natural pesticide-free produce. Continuing a long tradition of sustainable farming practices, we use mostly heirloom and open-pollinated seeds, and supplement with a few hybrids. Our watering is done by the traditional acequia system as well as drip irrigation. We even have non-blondes involved on our farm!

Moira and Helen come from a long line of farmers in Ireland and Scotland, and have both been growing veggies their whole lives, selling their produce locally at farmers markets.

Our mission is to grow organic produce for the local community, while having fun and enjoying the creative process of the farming business.
